TOS Appointment Policy

Our appointment schedule has been developed to provide each patient ample time with Dr. Wright and our staff.  Each appointment slot allows patients to receive personal attention and have an excellent experience in our office.

Because this high standard limits our volume of appointment slots, patients often wait weeks for an appointment. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us, and arrive on time.

As a courtesy, and in order to assist patients in remembering scheduled appointments, we send text message reminders 2 days in advance.  We require patients to notify us at that time, or before, of changes necessitating a change in the scheduled appointment date or time.

 If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those patients who are waiting for an appointment.  As a courtesy to our office as well as those patients who are waiting to schedule with the physician, please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment.

 If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, we may assess a “no show” service charge of $50 to the credit card you provided when you secured the appointment. This “no show charge” is not reimbursable by your insurance company.
