Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)
Dr. Eric Wright offers a natural way to add fullness and beautiful curves to your buttocks; a Brazilian butt lift at his Little Rock practice takes excess fat from your hips, thighs, or wherever else you don’t want it, and adds it where you do want it. BBL patients from Fayetteville, Jonesboro, Conway, Hot Springs, Pine Bluff, and across Arkansas appreciate Dr. Wright’s dedication to safety and enjoy showing off their curves after surgery in whatever they wear.

A Brazilian butt lift does not tighten the skin like a traditional buttock lift; it enhances the size and shape of the buttocks using the patient’s own body fat.

What can I expect during Brazilian butt lift recovery?
Most patients feel ready to return to work and their regular daily routine about 2 weeks after their BBL. Because multiple sites are involved during BBL surgery, the buttocks and the areas from which the fat is harvested, expect generalized swelling and soreness. You will need to wear compression wraps or garments for approximately 2 weeks to control the swelling in the buttocks and areas treated with liposuction. It’s important to avoid sitting directly on your buttocks or lying down on your back for the first 3 to 4 weeks.

- How is BBL HEROic laser different than its predecessors?
-
While BBL HEROic shares the same core technology with its predecessors—BBL® and BBL® HERO™—HEROic introduces revolutionary technological advancements, including Intelligent Control software and the Skin Positioning System. These innovations facilitate faster, more effective treatments, enhanced patient comfort, and exceptional results.
- Is BBL HEROic painful?
-
BBL HEROic is well-tolerated by most patients. It is commonly described as feeling like a quick snap on the skin, with the sensation fading swiftly as the handheld device pulses over the skin. Thanks to BBL HEROic’s CoolComfort™ technology, which cools the epidermis during the procedure, topical anesthesia is not necessary. After treatment, it is normal for the skin to feel warm for about 30 to 60 minutes.
- How many treatment sessions are needed?
-
Patients typically require at least 3 treatments spaced about 3 weeks apart to achieve optimal results.
- When will I see results?
-
While every patient varies, most achieve smoother, even-toned, youthful, and glowing skin about 1 to 2 weeks after their last treatment. Skin will continue to improve over the following weeks and months.
- How long do results typically last?
-
Results typically last about a year with consistent sun protection. Scheduling maintenance treatments every 6 to 12 months helps keep your skin healthy and glowing.
- Does BBL laser really work?
-
Research shows that patients who maintain a regular regimen of BBL treatment reduce and delay the long-term appearance of aging skin, such as photodamage, telangiectasias, and skin elasticity, in a natural-looking way.
