Breast Implant Exchange Case #345

This patient presented with a 30+ year history of breast augmentation, with placement of 270cc textured, silicone implants placed subglandular.  She was experiencing Baker grade 3 capsular contracture, which caused distortion of both breasts. She underwent bilateral exchange with capsulectomy. She had 450cc silicone implants with mesh placement. This patient chose to avoid a breast lift.
