This patient presented with desire to improve the appearance of her breasts after massive weight loss. She was bothered by their sagging appearance and loss of volume. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 650 cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. Galaflex supportive mesh was placed to help support the implant long term.
