This patient presented with desire to remove her implants due to nodularities evaluated by ultrasound. She had textured 475cc on the left and 595cc on the right placed subglandular. These implants were placed on a recall list. She underwent bilateral implant removal with total capsulectomy and a breast lift for skin tightening/shaping.
