Breast Implant Exchange Case #222

This patient presented with desire to improve the appearance of her breasts. She has a history of breast augmentation in 2000 with 375cc saline implants placed under the muscle. She desired change due to implants dropping into a lower position, but wanted to stay the same size. She underwent bilateral implant exchange with bilateral breast lift.
