Breast Implant Exchange Case #67

This patient presented with history of breast augmentation. She had saline implants placed 19 years earlier. She desired change in type of implant and requested more fullness to the upper pole of her breasts. She underwent a bilateral implant exchange from 375 cc saline implants to 475 cc silicone implants. A lift was also performed at this time.
