This patient presented with a long history of 230cc, textured, saline implants placed over the muscle. She had developed capsular contracture, which made her breasts firm and distorted her appearance. She underwent bilateral implant exchange to 300cc silicone implants converted to under the muscle. Galaflex mesh was also placed for support due to thin glandular tissue.
