This patient presented with a desire to have larger breast implants. She had a history of revision surgery due to implant malposition. She underwent an implant exchange to 700cc saline implants. Due to her history of implant malposition, she also had an internal bra support mesh placement to help maintain the longevity of her postoperative results and to reduce the risk of implant movement.
