This patient presented with history of 325cc saline implants placed subglandular 30 years prior. She desired exchange due to the age of the implants and capsular contracture that was causing firmness in her breasts. She underwent bilateral implant exchange with 400cc silicone implants placed. A mastopexy was also performed.
