This patient presented with desire to change her appearance of her breasts. She has a history of breast augmentation in 2013. She had 304cc silicone implants placed under the muscle. Since placement she has had kids and desires a larger implant with more fullness. She underwent a bilateral implant exchange to 535cc ultra high profile silicone implants.
