Breast Implant Exchange Case #324

This patient underwent a breast implant exchange in Little Rock to increase breast volume. She previously had breast implants but desired a larger cup size. Working with Dr. Eric Wright, the patient opted for bilateral exchange to 800cc ultra high profile, round Mentor implants, placed beneath the muscle. GalaFLEX mesh, also known as an internal bra, was used during the procedure to provide soft tissue support and reinforce the implant position.

The post-operative photos show her results at six months. The mesh supports tissue integrity and maintains implant position, which is especially important with larger implants.  The surgical approach was tailored to maintain symmetry and provide long-term outcomes.
