Breast Reconstruction Case #151

This patient was referred by her breast surgeon for breast cancer in her right breast. She underwent bilateral mastectomy with tissue expander placement once chemotherapy was completed. 6 months after this procedure was performed, she came back for permanent implant placement with fat grafting to her breasts. She had 790 cc silicone XTRA high profile implants placed above the muscle.
