This patient presented with bilateral capsular contracture and imaging confirmed rupture of silicone implants that were placed over 30 years ago. She underwent a total capsulectomy and removal of the ruptured implants with implant exchange to 360 cc silicone implants and wedge mastopexy to reduce the extra skin along her inframammary crease.
