Implant Removal Case #225

This patient presented with a 4 year history of silicone sub muscular implants with breast ptosis with ongoing medical related complications with her implants desiring removal.  She underwent an en bloc total capsulectomy with removal of her 325cc implants and simultaneous breast lift (mastopexy).
