Breast Implant Removal Case #214

This patient presented with a history of breast augmentation with silicone implants.  She had complications related to her implants desiring removal.  She underwent an en bloc total capsulectomy with removal of 492 cc sub muscular saline implants with a simultaneous breast lift (mastopexy) to reshape and lift her breast tissue, allowing her to obtain a natural postoperative result.
