Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 613

This patient elected to pursue breast implant removal in Little Rock after experiencing complications related to capsular contracture. She expressed concerns about ongoing discomfort and the changes in breast appearance. Following a thorough consultation and evaluation, she chose to have her saline implants removed.

The procedure included a bilateral en bloc capsulectomy to address the contracted scar capsules around the implants. To further restore breast shape and position, a mastopexy or breast lift was also performed. These steps allowed for the removal of the implants, scar tissue, and the lifting of breast tissue in a single operative session. Her progress at one month postoperatively reflects an improved breast contour and a reduction in the symptoms associated with her previous implants.
