This patient presented with a history of a previous augmentation mastopexy with submuscular silicone implants. She was having numerous complications with her implants and desired removal. She underwent an en bloc total capsulectomy with removal of 375cc implants. She did not desire a revision breast lift (mastopexy) to address any excess skin.
