Breast Implant Removal Case #34

This patient presented with a history of an augmentation mastopexy with silicone implants.  She had pain and implant malposition.  She longer desired the implants. She underwent an en bloc total capsulectomy with removal of 350 cc and 375 cc implants with a wedge mastopexy to reduce the distance from her nipple/areola complex to her crease to help shape the lower breast.
