Breast Implant Removal Case #217

This patient presented with a history of breast augmentation with silicone implants.  She desired removal due to health related concerns.  She underwent an en bloc total capsulectomy with removal of 425 cc sub muscular saline implants with a simultaneous breast lift (mastopexy) to reshape and lift her breast tissue, allowing her to obtain a natural postoperative result.
