The above patient initially received saline breast implants from another provider and later decided to pursue breast implant exchange in Little Rock to address changes in her preferences and breast shape. Motivated to reduce her implant size and enhance breast contour, she also underwent a breast lift. These combined procedures aimed to achieve smaller, natural-looking results and improve overall symmetry.

Her procedure included the replacement of saline implants with 240cc Natrelle round silicone implants, placed under the muscle with a moderate profile. The silicone breast implant exchange, along with a mastopexy, allowed for adjustment in both volume and position. At three months post-operation, this patient demonstrates improved breast position, a reduction in implant size, and reshaped nipples and areolas to meet her goals.
