This patient presented with desire to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had a 18 year history of breast augmentation with 300 cc saline implants placed submuscular. She desired exchange due to implant malposition and their sagging appearance. She underwent a bilateral breast implant exchange with breast lift with 375cc saline implants placed.
