This patient presented with desire to improve her appearance of her breasts. She has a history of having 400cc saline implants placed below the muscle for 16 years and after placement breast fed her children. She wanted to address the loss of volume and increase her size. She underwent bilateral implant exchange to 500cc saline implants.
