This patient sought improvement in breast shape following a previous breast reduction performed by another provider. She described concerns about breast volume loss and altered contour. The procedure combined silicone breast implants with a lifting technique to address both volume and shape. Natrelle low plus profile implants, each 205cc, were placed in a submuscular position to achieve a balanced and natural contour. The use of round implants was selected based on the patient’s anatomy and desired outcome. Four months after surgery, the patient's postoperative photos display improved breast shape and restored volume.
