This patient presented with desire to improve the appearance of her breasts. She disliked their sagging, deflated appearance. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 650cc silicone implants placed submuscular. A simulataneous breast lift was also performed. Galaflex supportive mesh was also placed for better longterm results.
