This patient presented with desire to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had a history of breast augmentation years before with 600 cc saline implants. She desired removal due to the size of her breasts. Then, several months after healing, she decided to undergo breast augmentation to add fullness but look smaller than before. She had 375 cc silicone implants placed submuscular.
