This patient presented with desire to improve the appearance of her breasts with fat grafting. This is done with liposuction from stubborn areas, purified and injected into the breasts. She is very fit and healthy, but had some stubborn areas that were able to be liposuctioned. She underwent liposuction to the abdomen and flanks.
