I’m currently one week out from a Breast Reduction and still in the recovery/healing stages. Dr Wright has been absolutely fantastic! I was very comfortable with him and the entire processes as everything was explained thoroughly prior to surgery. I was provided every opportunity needed to ask questions along the way as well as following. Dr Wright was great with explaining expectations, very responsive and incredibly personable! I would definitely recommend!
I am thankful for Dr.Wright and his staff. They answered all of my questions, ( which was a lot ) I appreciated their caring attitude. I loved how personable Dr.Wright was. I knew after our phone conversation he was the Dr I wanted for my explant. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend him. If I lived in Little Rock I’d choose him for some other things!?? seriously I believe he’s the best . If you’re looking for an expert- go with him you’ll be glad you did.
En Bloc Breast Implant Removal with Anchor Lift My breast implants were beautiful looking, but were making me very sick. I had implants for 28 years (4 sets in that time with two ruptures) and developed two autoimmune diseases after a ruptured silicone implant in 2012. At the time I wasn't aware of BII and had the implants replaced with the implants recommended by my surgeon at the time (Allergan 410 anatomical). In mid 2022 I discovered that the implants I had in my body had been recalled due to an increased risk for a specific type of cancer called BIA_ALCL. This led me down a research rabbit hole. The more I read, the more I understood how the implants might be affecting my own health and I couldn't wait to get them out of my body, despite the understanding that this surgery would leave me looking worse, not better. The surgeon that performed the last implant surgery couldn't guarantee that he would remove all of the scar capsule, which is important with BII. I ended up choosing Dr. Wright because he does a lot of en bloc surgeries, has a micro-surgery certification, and I thought that his gallery of breast lifts was impressive. I flew from Seattle to Little Rock and stayed about a week and a half. Dr. Wright is very personable with a great bedside manner. The surgery, which is performed in a hospital rather than an in office surgical suite, went smoothly without complications. I had a nurse stay with me for the first three days, and after that it was totally fine taking care of myself. Dr. Wright returned my implants, provided photographs of the en bloc capsule, and sent the capsule tissue to pathology as standard office protocol. A lot of doctors don't or won't do this, and it was greatly appreciated. It gives me great peace of mind to see that everything was indeed removed, and to have a pathologist examine the tissue. I was negative for BIA-ALCL but there was evidence of chronic inflammation which can trigger autoimmunity. I have more breast tissue than expected, I think he did an excellent job removing the capsule without removing unnecessary tissue, and so far no adhesions. I've been massaging a lot and using silicone sheeting on the scars. I am not 100% pleased with the shape of the right (left in photos) breast and am speaking with Dr. Wright in February about a slight revision to correct this.
I chose Wright Plastic Surgery with Eric Wright and have been beyond satisfied! Him and his staff are very caring. He did amazing work on me. I’d recommend him in a second. He helped change my life!

6 months since surgery - extremely pleased with the results Dr. Wright was recommended to me by a breast surgeon from a local hospital. In addition to this recommendation, Dr. Wright's education and professional experiences gave me confidence that this was the surgeon I was looking for. During the consultation appointment, Dr. Wright spent time asking me questions and discussing my expectations. He provided information on what he thought would be the best approach for implant removal and breast lift. Dr. Wright's office provided information for preparing for and recovering from surgery. After surgery, all follow-up appointments were scheduled before I left the outpatient surgical center. From my very first contact with Dr. Wrights' office staff, each member has been professional, organized, and understanding. It has been six months since surgery, and I am extremely pleased with the results.

I only have positive things to say about this practice. From my initial consultation and now during the post operative stages (breast lift with implants), Dr. Wright and his staff have been easy to contact, and all my questions have been answered. Although I'm not fully healed, I am happy with my results so far. Staff prepared me very well for what to expect. I highly recommend Wright Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Wright is the best surgeon and very honest . Even before surgery he came in and talked with me which I thought was very comforting. He is an awesome surgeon and cares for his patience’s well being and the outcome. ❤️ and everyone in the office 's doctor are amazing & very professional 👏 🙂

Dr. Eric Wright and his staff are by far the best I have ever experienced. They make you feel so comfortable and spend so much time answering questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Wright and his staff.
Had surgery four weeks ago and still receiving the same excellent service post-surgery as we received pre-surgery. Kacie was amazing and Paige is phenomenal.

Dr. Wright removed my breast implants in August of 2019. I had been very sick for years and realized that the root cause was my implants. I had an explant and lift and very pleased with the outcome. He is very knowledgeable and an incredible surgeon. Always listened to my questions and answered questions that I had to put my mind at ease. Since explant, I have followed up regularly with appointments and continue to heal and gain my health back.
