So pleased with entire staff and variety of up-to-date treatments. Had PRX completed by Megan and would recommend for texture, spots, fine lines, history of Actinic Keratosis, etc. Hoping to get a lower face lift someday. I understand Dr. Wright does many and went thru updated training of the procedure(s) last summer. Pricing is reasonable. UPDATE: Best botox response ever from Paige Kelly, RN. Have lived in several states and been treated by many. Paige used less than suggested previously from other providers; and I had a better response. She is skilled, compassionate, and kind! 3/26 - Just had my first filler in years. So happy with the results! Thank you Paige.

Dr Wright and his entire staff were amazing. The attention to detail and patience they have was incredible. I drove from a few hours out for my procedure and couldn’t just “check in” afterwards. So in the days after, I had several questions and comments and they were so quick to listen and respond. Can’t say enough about how much i appreciate this staff

From the moment I spoke to him I knew he was my doctor. After meeting a few others for explant before him, we just clicked. He was kind, professional, respectful, and shared knowledge freely. The entire process was just as he said it would be and I felt like my comfort and safety was a priority to him. I was an out of state patient and he is 💯 % worth the trip!!! I will be seeing him again!

Dr. Wright and his staff are all amazing! I would never go to another plastic surgeon. I have lived in Florida, California and Texas and I have done a few plastic surgery procedures (breast revision) and Dr. Wright is at the top of his specialty. I recently had Dr. Wright perform a blepharoplasty and facial laser. The results are absolutely amazing. He is a life long learner and his office has all of the latest technology advancements in the field of plastic surgery. Dr.Wright and his entire staff are personable, communicative and very competent. He is the rare surgeon that has both extreme knowledge, experience, and has a genuine personality, caring and easy to talk to. You can also tell when you visit the office or go in for a procedure that his entire staff respects him and they all have a very positive working relationship. He has a surgical suite in his location in Little Rock which makes your experience more personal. If you are considering any type of cosmetic surgery procedure I would highly recommend that you schedule a consultation with Dr. Wright.

Love my lip filler they look natural. I was worried because I really don’t have any lips and I didn’t want them to be too big. Paige did exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend Paige and all the staff at Wright Plastic Surgery!

Had surgery four weeks ago and still receiving the same excellent service post-surgery as we received pre-surgery. Kacie was amazing and Paige is phenomenal.

Dr. Wright removed my breast implants in August of 2019. I had been very sick for years and realized that the root cause was my implants. I had an explant and lift and very pleased with the outcome. He is very knowledgeable and an incredible surgeon. Always listened to my questions and answered questions that I had to put my mind at ease. Since explant, I have followed up regularly with appointments and continue to heal and gain my health back.
